These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tilt mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Tilt ("we", "our", "us", or "Company"). By accessing or using Tilt, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Service.

1. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Tilt app on your personal devices for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

• Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer any portion of the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or employees of Tilt.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Use any automated tools or bots to access or interact with the Service.
• Collect or scrape user data without authorization.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.

3. Content and User-Generated Content

By using Tilt, you retain all rights to any content you create or upload (such as profile pictures or ratings). However, you grant Tilt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute this content within the Service.

You agree not to submit content that is:

• Illegal, obscene, or defamatory.
• Violates third-party intellectual property rights.
• Harassing or abusive toward other users.

Tilt reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.

4. Third-Party Content and Services

Tilt uses The Movie Database (TMDB) API to provide movie information. TMDB's terms of service and privacy policy apply to their data. Tilt is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or quality of third-party content or services.

5. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TILT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TILT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tilt and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or damages arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any modifications or discontinuation of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, in our sole discretion, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
